This file, updated with REIT data, lists all Vanguard funds and share classes with 2024 distributions and capital gains as well as their corresponding dates. It also includes breakdowns for foreign tax paid, qualified income dividends, exempt interest dividends, and Alternative Minimum Tax percentages.
Tax information for U.S.-domiciled ETFs with U.K. reporting status
This file includes fund names, distributions per share, distribution dates, and excess of reportable income over distributions for U.S.-domiciled ETFs with U.K. reporting fund status.

These tables show, by Vanguard fund, the estimated percentages of 2025 dividend income.
Estimated supplemental fund distributions
These Vanguard funds earned taxable income and/or realized capital gains for their fiscal years ended December 31, 2024, or January 31, 2025, that were greater than the amounts distributed in December 2024. The remaining taxable income or gains will be distributed in March 2025 as “supplemental” income dividends or capital gains distributions.
Intercorporate dividends-received information for corporations
These Vanguard funds had ordinary income (i.e., dividend income plus short-term capital gains, if any) that qualifies for the intercorporate dividends-received deduction for corporations.
Vanguard Variable Insurance Fund: Special tax information
This information for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024, is included pursuant to provisions of the Internal Revenue Code for corporate shareholders only. These Vanguard Variable Insurance Fund Portfolios had income and distributions with certain tax attributes.
Section 163(j) interest dividends information
These Vanguard funds had ordinary income (i.e., dividend income plus short-term capital gains, if any) in 2024 that may qualify as interest dividends under section 163(j).
