Estimated supplemental fund distributions
These Vanguard funds earned taxable income and/or realized capital gains for their fiscal years ended December 31, 2025, or January 31, 2026, that were greater than the amounts distributed in December 2025. The remaining taxable income or gains will be distributed in March 2026 as “supplemental” income dividends or capital gains distributions.
Intercorporate dividends-received information for corporations
These Vanguard funds had ordinary income (i.e., dividend income plus short-term capital gains, if any) that qualifies for the intercorporate dividends-received deduction for corporations.
Vanguard Variable Insurance Fund: Special tax information
This information for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, is included pursuant to provisions of the Internal Revenue Code for corporate shareholders only. These Vanguard Variable Insurance Fund Portfolios had income and distributions with certain tax attributes.
Section 163(j) interest dividends information
