Estimated supplemental fund distributions

March 7, 2018

The Vanguard funds listed below earned taxable income and/or realized capital gains for their fiscal years ended December 31, 2017, or January 31, 2018, that were greater than the amounts distributed in December 2017. The remaining taxable income or gains will be distributed in March 2018 as "supplemental" income dividends or capital gains distributions.

The estimated per-share distribution rates and scheduled dates are shown below. All estimates are subject to change because of fund share purchase or redemption activity through each fund's declaration date.

Besides the funds listed below, several funds will make their regular quarterly dividend payments in March—these dividends will be declared on March 14, March 20, and March 22. For final distribution rates, check the fund profiles in the Investments area of our website after the fund declaration date. In early April, the funds' Price & Distributions tab will be updated to include March distributions for all funds.

Notes:

  • All investing is subject to risk, including possible loss of principal.
  • The performance data shown represent past performance, which is not a guarantee of future results. Investment returns and principal value will fluctuate, so investors' shares, when sold, may be worth more or less than their original cost. Current performance may be lower or higher than the performance data cited. For performance data current to the most recent month-end, visit Vanguard fund performance.
  • Vanguard ETF Shares are not redeemable with the issuing Fund other than in very large aggregations worth millions of dollars. Instead, investors must buy and sell Vanguard ETF Shares in the secondary market and hold those shares in a brokerage account. In doing so, the investor may incur brokerage commissions and may pay more than net asset value when buying and receive less than net asset value when selling.
