Estimated supplemental fund distributions

March 6, 2019

The Vanguard funds listed in the PDF below earned taxable income, realized capital gains, or both for their fiscal years ended December 31, 2018, or January 31, 2019, that were greater than the amounts distributed in December 2018. Any remaining taxable income or capital gains will be distributed in March 2019 as "supplemental" income dividends or capital gains distributions.

The estimated per-share distribution rates and scheduled dates are shown in the PDF below. All estimates are subject to change because of fund share purchase or redemption activity through each fund's declaration date.

Besides the funds listed in the PDF below, several funds will make their regular quarterly dividend payments in March—these dividends will be declared on March 19, March 21, or March 26. For final distribution rates, check the fund profiles in the Investments area of our website after the fund declaration date. In early April, the funds' Price & Distributions tab will be updated to include March distributions for all funds.

Here is a full list of Vanguard stock and balanced funds that will distribute supplemental income or capital gains or both in March 2019. The estimated per-share distribution rates and scheduled dates are provided. Bond funds and ETFs do not anticipate making any supplemental distributions.
